Performance Features
  • FQL450S is a fully automatic L bar sealer widely used in mass production packaging lines with high efficiency.
  • Equipped with a movable type punching device to easily switch the punching position and control the pinholes number.
  • Sealing knife uses a special steel knife with Daikin anti-stick coating & anti-high temperature. Prevents cracking, coking, and smoking with zero pollution.
  • Features a digital temperature controller with built-in PID function. The sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive, accurate, and can be set arbitrarily.
  • Imported photoelectric sensor for accurate positioning and fast response.
  • Adopts Panasonic PLC programmable controller and a 7-inch man-machine interface for simple operation.
  • Manual adjustment film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform make the machine suitable for different width and height items.
  • Equipped with an automatic scrap recycling mechanism and built-in film broken alarm function.
  • The sealing blade itself is equipped with an automatic protection function to prevent accidental cutting.
  • Automatic mode and manual mode can be switched at any time, making it convenient to replace the shrink film.
  • The entire machine realizes unmanned operation when connected to the production line.
  • Applies to daily necessities, food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, hardware, and other industries shrinking packaging.
  • BS4522N shrink tunnel adopts an internal double recycling air fan design, ensuring hot air in the tunnel is even and constant in temperature.
  • Uses a stainless steel finned heating tube that has a long service life and high heating efficiency.
  • Chain bar conveying, using hollow steel covered with durable imported silicone tube; each bar can rotate freely.
  • Suitable for POF, PVC, PP, and PET heat shrinkable films.
