How can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry (Except weekends and holidays). If you are very urgent to get the price, please contact us so that we can offer you a quote.
Can I buy samples placing orders?
You need to pay for the samples, we can refund you the sample fee when you place mass order to us.
Can you accept the customization?
Yes. Customization is acceptable for us including logo, shape, size as well as packing details.
How long can I get the sample?
Generally for delivery is within 7-10 days. Usually we send the samples by express. Certainly you can use your own courier account or prepay us if you do not have one.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the actual production schedule. For the products we have in stock, we can ship out in 5-7 days. For the new customized bottle, the lead time is about 30 days.
