Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our samples are free for in-stock colors and standard types. For customized samples, the sample fee can be refunded after you place an order. Freight charges are covered by the buyer.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ varies for each item. However, since we own our factory, for standard products in normal colors, we maintain spare parts in stock and can produce according to your specific requirements.
What are your payment terms and lead times?
Our payment term is T/T (30% deposit in advance, and balance payment after qualified inspection and prior to shipment). Normal lead time is 20-40 days. For urgent needs, we can speed up the process, and items with spare parts in stock can ship within 3-10 days.
How do you control product quality?
All of our products undergo rigorous control to meet global standards. We provide an inspection report for every order. You may also assign any third-party agency to conduct independent inspections.
How do you settle quality concerns?
Quality is our core value. We make every effort to avoid defects prior to dispatch. Should any issue arise, please send us the samples and photographs from the shipped cargo, and we will work promptly to resolve it.
