Sustainable Cosmetic Packaging Production

We produce dropper bottles from recycled glass bottles. Generally, glass can be recycled and reused more than 40 times without affecting the quality. At the same time, we will also provide you with cost-effective cosmetic packaging solutions according to your budget.

Production Process

Step 1: Determine your requirements

Identify the specifications for the custom glass bottles you need, such as size, shape, color, and design. Consider the purpose and intended use of the bottles, whether it's for storing food, skincare product, medicine, or other products. In addition, if our existing styles do not meet your requirements, and you order a large quantity, we can provide you with private model development services.

Step 2: Provide Designs

Prepare the design you want to customize on the packaging. If you already have a creative design draft, you can send it to us. In addition, if your brand is new and has no mature brand experience, you can also seek help from our designers, we will provide design services, tell me your ideas, we will learn your requirements and create a design that meets your brand identity.

Step 3: Confirm the details

Communicate with the supplier to finalize the specifics, including the quantity of bottles, customization method (such as silk-screen printing, spraying, electroplating or labeling), any special processes (such as embossing, 3D painting or engraving), and the delivery timeline.

Step 4: Sample approval

Before mass production, it is common to request a few samples. We will create sample bottles based on your design, which you can evaluate and approve. If needed, you can provide feedback for modifications until you are satisfied.

Step 5: Production and delivery

Once the samples are approved, we will proceed with bulk production of the custom glass bottles/jars. After production, the supplier will conduct quality checks and arrange for delivery. You will need to coordinate with us regarding the delivery method and schedule.

Can I get a sample?

Sure, they will be sent soon when in stock. But for special decoration or printing on bottles, it will take around 7-15 days to prepare and will charge a reasonable sample cost.

What is the MOQ?

Normally our MOQ will be 10000pcs. But for some bottles IN STOCK, the MOQ can be 2pcs.

Can we do printing on the bottles?

Sure. Various printing methods will be offered, such as silk screen printing, hot stamping and silver printing. And we can also provide frosting, color spraying, decal, polishing, plating and label sticker etc.

Are your products safe?

Yes, they are safe, all raw materials we use are eco-friendly, lead free, chromium free, and our quality control department is especially responsible for quality checking in each process.

What is your shipping terms?

EMS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS can be provided. Also, shipping by Sea or Air can be arranged.
